Be the gardener of your own mind, body, and soul!! We must.

Any of us can be afflicted with dark negative thoughts… ANY ONE OF US. We must take precautions to these thoughts that can inflict serious anguish on our minds and bodies. Don’t just be the soil that these dark thoughts grow wild in… be the gardener and weed them out. Cultivate these thoughts into something powerful… into fuel to make a change within yourself.

Do not be enslaved by negativity. Learn to tame that…
