Mindfulness exercises – Free podcasts

Want some help with getting started on mindfulness? Here’s a link to some free podcasts talking you through some simple mindfulness exercises – being mindful of your breath, your body as you sit in a chair. You are reminded that your mind may wander – that’s ok, that’s what minds do – just gently bring your mind back to being mindful of what you have chosen to be mindful of.
