I’ll be sharing some of my favourite photos.
Photos and other pictures can be good for mindful meditation. Imagine yourself in the picture – what can you feel (the wind in your face, the sand between your toes), what can you smell (fragrant flowers, new mown grass), what can you hear (the song of birds, the rustle of wind in the leaves of a tree) etc, etc.

This is one of my favourite photos – one of my first efforts with a digital camera.
I spent some time following painted lady butterflies in Mallorca before I ‘caught’ this one.
I just love the way the flower petals look like crumpled tissue paper.
